Choose the funder, enter the facts of your project and get a structured, section-by-section draft: executive summary, need, work plan, budget, impact and risks for grants; problem, solution, traction, ask and cover email for investors; and a repayment-focused outline for lenders. Edit it, then download it as a Word document.
Seven rules that win funding
- Read the guidelines first. Answer exactly what the funder scores, in their order and words.
- Prove fit. Show you are eligible: stage, region, sector, size and technology readiness.
- Lead with the need. Use data and named beneficiaries, not adjectives.
- Make objectives measurable. Specific outcomes with dates beat general goals.
- Tie every dollar to an activity. Separate eligible and ineligible costs and show matching funds.
- Name your risks. Reviewers trust applicants who do, and who show how they will manage them.
- Be honest. Never overstate traction or TRL. Misstatements can end an application, or worse.
A three-step path for environmental and technology projects
Funders prefer projects that reduce risk before they scale. For an environmental problem, a reported discharge or compliance issue, or an unproven technology, tick the environmental box and the draft will follow this path:
- Evaluate the issue and identify the cause. Gather data and find the root cause.
- Bench-scale test. Test candidate solutions in the laboratory to identify the one that works.
- Pilot-scale test. Prove performance in real conditions before any full commercial-scale system.
Services are presented as consultancy at the base, with engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) delivery after pilot-scale validation.

Frequently asked questions
Does the writer invent facts to fill gaps?
No. Where you gave no information it writes [ADD: what is needed]. You complete those parts before submitting.
How does the fit check work?
It compares your TRL, amount requested, location and sector with the funder’s published range in our library and flags mismatches. Library details can be out of date, so always confirm on the official page.
Can I use it for a funder that is not listed?
Yes. Choose “Not listed”, type the funder’s name and paste its guidelines. The draft will follow them.
What is the difference between template and AI mode?
Template mode assembles a structured draft from your answers with clear gaps. AI mode, when switched on by the site owner, writes each section in full prose from your facts. Both need your review.
